According to the Home Rule Charter, there shall be a Borough Finance Director, appointed by the Borough Manager and confirmed by the Assembly.
The Finance Director is the custodian of Borough funds and shall keep an itemized account of money received and disbursed, and perform such other duties as may be assigned.
