The 2024 Property Assessment Notices were mailed to property owners on February 28, 2024. The opportunity to review, discuss, correct errors or proceed to appealing your 2024 real property assessment runs for 30 days from that date. Refer to your assessment notice and this web page for important information regarding your valuation, appeal process and tax payments.

The deadline to appeal is Friday, March 29, 2024.
The Board of Equalization is scheduled to meet at 7pm on April 18 at the Yakutat School Auditorium.
