There is an 8% tax levied on all lodging within the Borough including package deals, and 8% tax levied for all vehicle rentals. These taxes are in addition to the Sales Tax. Reporting & Remitting are the same as Sales Tax.
Collection of TAVRT
The operator/owner is legally obligated to collect the TAVRT for the City and remit all taxes to CBY on the forms provided on the scheduled time.
